KMD, the large Danish IT company with more than 3,200 employees and annual revenue of more than DKK 3,8 billion, has acquired Rambøll Informatik, another Danish IT company with annual revenue at DKK 259 mil. and 250 employees. The acquisition, which is expected to be completed in Q3 2011, includes Rambøll Informatik’s Swedish subsidiary and should enforce the already strong position of KMD in particular on the Danish market for welfaretechnology and generally within the public sector.
